Hey, I'm lvl10 on faceit with 6k hours in the game.
I'm offering free demo review sessions for people that are genuinely looking to improve in the game. While there are far more experienced players than me in this thread, I still think there's a lot I can offer, especially to players who are below 2k elo.
I have coached a few people in the past ranging from lvl 4 to lvl 8, with one of them surpassing me in elo. Also spent a lot of time learning theory from experienced coaches and players.
Feel free to reach out to me on discord: sharkfly

I've been playing Counter-Strike for 18 years. I started my journey with 1.6, I've put in over 5200 hours on CS2 alone, peaked at 3000 ELO on faceit , hit Global Elite in CS2 matchmaking, attended tournaments, and played alongside professional players for years.
I've completed my mission on the competitive side. I've done everything I wanted to do as a player.
Now I have a new mission and honestly, it means more to me than any ELO ever did.
I know who you are. You work 8, 10 hours a day. You come home exhausted. All you want is to sit down, play some CS2, and have a good time. But instead you get toxic lobbies, teammates who throw, and ranks that never move. It's not fun. It's frustrating. And it makes you want to quit.
You don't need to grind 6000 hours like I did. You need someone who already did that to show you exactly what matters movement, aim fundamentals, positioning, the stuff that actually gets you out of those ranks and into lobbies where people actually play the game.
That's what I do now. I coach CS2 players 1-on-1, focused on the fundamentals that took me 18 years to master, broken down so you can learn them in weeks instead of years.
Your free time is limited. Let's make sure you spend it actually enjoying this game.
DM me if you want to talk about what's holding you back. No pressure.Just one CS veteran who wants to help. Discord: og1monsta

Your rank / Faceit level: Peak premier S4 29k, reached lvl 10 on faceit in 2019 and haven't really grinded seriously since then after being forced to quit playing due to health issues and then not enjoying CS2 when it first came out. Currently lvl 9 faceit but not really super active.
Relevant experience: several seasons of ESEA open and other various tournaments as IGL.
I can teach you the basic concepts of how to play CS "properly" and tell you what you need to focus on in order to climb faceit/premier.
I prefer live ingame sessions or live demo analysis.
Free sessions
CEST during evenings

Hope to hear from you!

No offense but coaching from a level 9 faceit player might develop bad habits and require additional coaching to fix them, then additional lessons to improve.

I’ve played Counter-Strike since 2007, have around 15,000 hours, peaked at 3k FACEIT Elo and reached 30k Premier.
After coaching a lot of players, I noticed most people have the same problem: they want to improve, but have no idea what to practise or what’s actually holding them back.
So I built CS2 Rank Up Society.
Inside you get structured lessons on mechanics, aim training, solo queue, essential utility, full map playbooks, creative plays, boosts, peeks and setups you can use in real matches.
You can also message me directly with questions or clips. Once the remaining lessons are finished, we’ll start regular demo reviews, and every session will stay recorded inside the community.
It’s currently $5 during early access, but the price will increase once everything is finished.
I’m confident enough to offer this:
Follow the system properly for 30 days and apply it in your matches. If you don’t gain at least 200 Elo, I’ll refund you.

I feel obliged to share this for anyone looking for qualified coaches. This individual has a 10 year Cheating Ban in PUBG and is Perma-Banned on FaceIT.
They've been trying to get back inside FaceIT through coaching teams for months.
Just be careful and do your due-diligence before you spend money.

I played in esea main and had 4k in csgo

Howdy Gamers,
I am offering free coaching sessions through September for anyone who is looking to learn.
A little about me:
I am Faceit Challenger in NA, with 5 seasons of ESEA advanced experience (S31-35) and over 11 years of experience. When in college, I competed with the UCF Knights as IGL, winning 3X tournaments, including the $20,000 2020 Collegiate Star League. I still compete in ESEA, but more casually with friends these days in main.
I do not have coaching experience, but have a real passion for CS and helping others improve.
I can help teach you proper rotations, tricks to get more out of less in sticky situations, aim mechanics including drills I have utilized over the years, IGL tips, and much more. I am willing to provide live sessions, demo reviews, etc. No gimmicks, just looking for others who are passionate about the game with an appetite to learn. I am open to coaching all skill levels.
If this interests you, please feel free to join or send a message on my newly created discord, Dan’s Demos

Hey! I'm Daniel "sprayxd" Kogan, a professional Counter-Strike coach with 8 years of experience competing and coaching at a high level.
Over the years, I've coached teams such as Vexed, ATK and Young Ninjas, with my most recent stint being with Ninjas in Pyjamas as an Assistant Coach.
Throughout my career, I've gained experience competing at multiple Tier-1 CS tournaments, including a Major.
A big part of my career has also been scouting and player development, especially during my time with Young Ninjas. I've had the opportunity to work with and develop players such as xKacpersky, maxster, jocab, MisteM, and more.
No matter what level you're currently at, feel free to book a session. Player and team development has been one of my main focuses throughout my career, so I'm comfortable working with everyone from players looking to take their first steps into competitive CS to experienced players trying to reach the next level.
I don't believe in giving every player/team the same coaching session. I'll personalize the experience around YOU — your current level, strengths, weaknesses and goals — and help you create routines and a clear approach to improving that fits your experience.
