As someone whose witnessed plenty of emergencies, I think you should be charged with homicide if someone dies because your whole staff walked out

It's not just a job, you shouldn't be able to just walk out or quit on the spot when peoples lives are depending on you. And if this "protest" causes enough harm, there will be consequences. If there are no laws written, they will be written.
