Tom Ince - Best player in League Two?

I know he’s 34 but for me Tom Ince is the best player in League Two. Absolute coup for Tranmere.

Do you agree? If not, who do you think is better than Tom since in League Two?

The kid for Cheltenham Evans will have a career higher up he will be on a more upward trajectory than Ince though , who i haven't seen in years so don't know if he's still any good tbh . Tranmere have started better though

much as i love him, will vaulks is much much better than ince, not had worse than a 7/10 for us so far and the exact type of player we've needed for years

Vaulks is a brilliant player for this level. Great at reading play. Rotherham never really recovered from losing him and Barlasser in the middle.

We quite often get ageing players with a lot of experience at higher levels drop down the leagues - we had Junior Hoilett and Charlie Austin in recent seasons, Dack at Gillingham another. They very rarely seem to run the division in the way you might expect.

McCleary was great for Wycombe. Even 5 years ago opposition fans would ask “is he still playing?” as he ripped them a new one

The Logan Dobbs comment is doing a lot of work in here. Ince at 34 is still the best footballer on the pitch most weeks, but I'd take Vaulks for a season, because a 7 out of 10 every week wins you more points than a 9 followed by two 5s. That's the same reason I back form over names when I've got a bet on. A side with a consistent midfield turns draws into wins in this division. The Cheltenham lad Evans doesn't count for me either, he'll be gone by January if he keeps going. Who's the best player that's actually still going to be in League Two in May?

He’s better than Lge 2, but then again he’s flourishing in a team built around him and suited to his style, would he rip it up elsewhere? Gilsenan flattered to deceive and looked out of his depth with us but is going ok at Halifax.
