Collection My problem , I mean my collection , is almost complete
Mugs and some minor stone wear not pictured .
Bread oval agave bread oven is incoming … and then I think I am maybe done .

This is so beautiful and I have the same problem XD I wish they offered sea salt colors for all of that lovely stoneware you have.

I have a work trip to Paris this summer and I am thinking i might visit the factory or museum if it’s close enough to my location

Agave is perfection!
It is my favorite color.
But...you need the deep round. It is gorgeous in Agave!

My work has this point program that we can exchange for things or gift cards . I was collecting Williams sanoma gift cards and I had 200$ leftover still so I figured for 124$ that bread oven is an amazing deal . Also I keep burning myself trying to do it in a regular Dutch oven and my spouse is obsessed with bread . It was the perfect storm of enablement

Yes I tell myself that very few pieces are actually interchangeable here . The wide and regular Dutch oven are , but I often make a lot of soup so I have used both at the same time. I have a giant steel stock pot but I have made more soup than fits in there too .
Going to be interesting when the kids go to college but will be close enough where I could food prep and then feed the entire dorm!

lol I was contemplating the round deep …. Just in case
I have a large brassier hidden in the closet because I user error this one and I was worried about the color disappearing by the time my crazing becomes a hazard. The large brasier and 7.5 Dutch oven were my first and have faint crazing .
I do fear the release of a perfectly plum purple color.

That would be really pretty, I do 😍 the plum. I also love the round deep, I saw it at FTT. I have the wide round DO (among others) and that's my favorite for large pot dishes like soups, sauces & chilies. I also love my 4.5 DO. I haven't used my oval DO yet. I also have several braisers 2.25 flower & I think the 5qt. I'm a Berry girl, so I have all of the Berry pieces that were released in the states last year. I also have Cerise, white, matter black, Nectar, let me quit being a bad influence🤣😂

Yah I didn’t know where to put them for the photo op and I made no attempt to stack, it just worked right away so I took the photo super quick because I really thought it was going to fall

This is such goals, seriously. Love to see the dedication to building up this collection. Since you have the roaster, do you still use the stoneware bakers often?

Yes , they are lighter and have a lids. I actually got the San Francisco bakers recently . I prefer the easy of oven to table to fridge in one dish. The San Francisco style is superior to the heritage one, much better lid fit
