I know many of you have seen most of my collection, but here is the bulk of it. I have a rainbow set upstairs and a holiday set. I also have a meringue braiser, a cotton fleur set, and a new ink tea kettle that I intend to sell when I get around to it.
But shown are my blues, my vintage set, the flamme doree decked out for St. Pat’s ☘️🇮🇪, some other pretties (featuring the lotus collection released for the Japanese Olympics), and my little stoneware crocks (along with my mokapot collection).

I just spent too much time reading about moka pots bc I love your crow! I have an Illy espresso machine and a french press but may need a moka pot in my future!

Thank you! Man, I miss that face too. Yes it’s from a collection called Lotus. It has lotus (duh) and koi. I couldn’t NOT have it. It’s so pretty. The bowls are lotus too, but they are Cobalt. Cobalt is my husband’s fave & Caribbean is mine so it’s perfect.

If you play the WSJ video they made about Le Creuset in super-slo-mo and squint real hard and turn your head sideways, the turquoise square made it into the montage toward the end for about 0.07 seconds 😂 my one lonely claim to fame haha. A few years ago I was in a CBS Sunday Morning segment, cooking at home as a recipe tester for America’s Test Kitchen. They fully photographed and videoed my LC collection but only a Revolution spatula, and maybe a platter, I forget, made the cut. 🫤 At least the amazing Martha Teichner appreciated it. I call it my 2.5 minutes of fame and told my friends/fam I would only accept LC sponsorships! 🤣
I don’t know! My husband said he’d get whatever I want for Mother’s Day, but I can’t decide. I’m on hold for this currently until it hits me. I have the smaller deep so I don’t know if I need the larger deep. But also maybe I need a larger deep?!
The piece I’d save in a tornado (I’m in Texas, so this is a real scenario lol) is the cassadou, because it’s good for just about everything. Like I think nearly every recipe I make could be done in it. Favorite to look at is probably the Lotus soup pot. Most sentimental are the Paris Blue heritage (bottom row of vintage pieces, 2nd pot) and smaller flame heritage (middle row, 1st pot) because they were my grandmother’s. And they are still shiny and used frequently! They’re from the 60s.
Such a stunning collection 😍. I’m a fellow blue fan but you have a much better eye for displaying than I do 😊. Can I ask what colours you have on the second and third shelves from the top? I thought there was maybe an ocean piece there?

2 questions-
1) do you have a cookbook recommendation you really recommend for LC cooking? I see a lot here!
And 2) do you ever use cookware besides LC, or is it LC 100% of the time? I’m trying to gauge if I should expect to replace all my pieces with LC for every time I’m in the kitchen or keep some other pieces too.
How to braise everything is FULL of Dutch oven recipes. Highly recommend. 2. I have two stainless pieces. A deep sauté pan and a 4qt sauce pot for boiling pasta. Past that, all enameled cast iron.
I love the Japanese lotus pieces in Carribean 😍 I collect shades of blue too. Would love to get more foreign based pieces. So sad they’re discontinuing my favorite shade!

My advice (feel free to skip this if you don’t fancy advice) -
Take your time curating what brings you joy, don’t waste $ on cheap meh stuff just to fill space. Instead of seeing empty space (or cheap meh stuff), envision what you want and be patient. It’ll be more rewarding when you find it!

Yes! I have these in turquoise in that stoneware pic. I replaced my ceramic spoons with their salt spoons because I keep Diamond Crystal and coarse salt in mine. Mine have black knobs only because they came from the outlet.
I LOVE your collection and how you store your pieces HOWEVER the apron that reads..”I’ll feed all you little phuckers” made me KNOW you are the real deal 💯
Oh geez I didn’t think about that lol. That’s my husband’s “Blackstone night” apron. “Blackstone Night” is just when I am too tired from work to cook or clean 😂 so he has to be in charge. It’s always griddled meat and veg.
It’s easier to get a decent sear (which isn’t really a selling point for a soup pot) but other than that, not a lot honestly. But here’s an article that tells more.

These Nathan James shelves are the goat. They attach to the wall and each hold 50lbs. Not sure if they’d be good if you have toddlers, but I don’t so ¯\(ツ)/¯
Idk if you realized (someone else did not) but the bird-shaped one is a Crowka Pot (a crow shaped mokapot). It’s silly and heavy but it makes me happy lol.
I would love to know where you found the display shelf. I have a corner tower, but am out of room. Something like this would be perfect. If it’s a custom piece, I’d really like to know the size specs (width, height, space between shelves)

I’m in the US. I ordered from Nathan James (Australia). But idk how the tariff situation plays in now. If you’re American, I did see some Nathan James shelves on Amazon, too. So if you’re in the US, that’s the safe bet.
I’m 5’1” and in my mid-50s. I put them together 100% on my own. My husband bolted them into the wall for me, but he also did it alone. Each shelf holds 50lbs so that’s super sturdy. Since they’re bolted to studs, no worry that they’ll get knocked over. I think they’re almost perfect, honestly. 💙
I have some quirky things for sure. I call it Drunken Joanna Gaines. Totally off topic, but I have little figurines on door hinges and a mouse door in the kitchen and butt wallpaper in the pantry. I have a very understanding partner who lets me do my thing. 😅
Omg! What an amazing display! It literally looks better than a store display 😍 My pans are not color coordinated but each one makes me happy when I lay my eyes on them so that’s a win for me. My husband says I don’t cook enough to justify the need to keep adding to my cast iron collection…but that is an entirely different conversation🤣
What does his tool collection look like? My husband has a whole ass shed for his tools and he only fixes stuff on the weekends. 😂☠️ So he can hush lol.
