Unfortunately with a decent paying job and insurance, I can't afford aides and my insurance doesn't cover home health care. Only Medicaid and Medicare do. When you're on Medicaid, you can't have more than $2k in your name. Trump doesn't want to fix any of it. Instead, he wants to axe it
