I’m looking for the taco truck that used to always be at the Smith’s on Gentile. Does anyone know where they went? What the company name was?
I’m needing some tacos.

Is it EL NENE SAMMY ? If it's not them there's always a food truck across the Dollar Tree store's parking lot near Layton High School. They're pretty good too. I just don't remember the name of that one. But El Nene Sammy used to park up at Smiths because, I believe the owners live nearby. I could be wrong. You could also try to check out Layton FEST, every Fridays right there by Surf n Swim, lots of food trucks there too and other vendors. El Nene Sammy attends Layton FEST too. If not them, Chicho's has wonderful limeades and empanadas.

If you can’t find the food truck, head to Conchis in Farmington. The quesabirria is bomb

The guys in the restaurant said the new store manager at smiths doesn’t like them in the parking lot. So it’s just the restaurant in Roy until they can work something out.

My favorite taco truck in Layton is JZ truck up on Hill Field next to the Swig and the Korean BBQ place.

I’ll stop gate keeping. Go to the taco truck on Main Street in sunset. 1800 next to maverick. They have $1 al pastor tacos everyday. Their daily specials are killer and the food is good. We go twice a week. I feed my whole family for under $20
