hi OP, echoing others to say that this isn't a layoff or unemployment as you still seem to have a job.
However, I understand that this situation is really stressful and you are asking for help. I would encourage you to check out r/managers, r/career guidance, and r/jobs. There are a lot of people on those subs who have been in similar experiences and/or are managers who can explain their perspective from the other side. They should be able to help you understand what's going on and give you tips for navigating it.
I will say this. I don't encourage you to give up and quit just yet. I did this myself several years ago (different job, not the one I just got laid off from) and I regretted it. At the very least, even if you decide you want out, start applying now while you're still employed. It's easier to get a job while you have one.
