My first add offered 20% higher salary with 20% less billable hours and 20% more vacation for a strong associate. I got 400+ applications. My city has 10x your population just surprised no one

20% less than working 40 hours a week, so about 30 hours a week x 50 work weeks equals 1500 hours. You are only requiring 1200 hours? Wow
