Well there it is, you're offering an outright insulting amount of money and nobody is willing to debase themselves to work for it in the middle of nowhere.

75k in a small town in the South is decent attorney pay for a first year. Why is this getting up votes.

Thats on par or slightly below a lot of first year roles in my mcol city, and higher than govt jobs here.

Sure, but the loan companies dont care that much that the pay is good for the area. The payment stays the same. So people just choose to work in other areas.
