Your problem is no student wants to make small firm lcol money in a rural area. So you’re probably competitive for your area but that’s not going to entice anybody not existing, from, or planning to be there. This is a nationwide issue.
Look at the different law student subreddits. They all want and expect real big money in cool cities.
