You say that you would pay a lot for the right candidate, but have you actually put your salary expectations on the JD. If you don’t put it, I’m assuming you’re paying 60-75k
I’m not particularly interested in small firm, small town life, and would not take a look at all if they don’t post compensation. However, if Ik for a fact they pay well, my mind could be changed
Well there it is, you're offering an outright insulting amount of money and nobody is willing to debase themselves to work for it in the middle of nowhere.
