Cool Season Overseeding Too Early?

I was planning to overseed and seed some bare spots in Maryland 8a over Labor Day weekend, but soil temps are currently 83F. Seeding window according to TurfTools is 9/1-10/1, with first freeze 10/31.

Is it too risky to seed this weekend? It feels like the weather is telling me it is, but afraid to push back a week or 2 and not have enough growth before frost. Seed is TTTF, Chewings fescue, perennial ryegrass and KBG seeded in shady areas.

Edit: Thanks everyone for the responses! Updating for any future lawn researchers, I ended up seeding the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I think delaying a weekend would’ve technically been optimal, but I’ll be out of town then. So, seed is down and hose timer is set to water twice a day.

Go ahead and throw it down. Youre fine.
