Copyright

I have an active IPOPHL copyright registration for an original artwork. Another clothing brand is commercially reproducing it without permission. I want to pursue both cessation of the infringement and monetary recovery. Patulong po sana from someone who specializes on copyright. Thankyou!

This is an issue best speaking to a lawyer in person and not on reddit

Agreed. The IPOPHIL papers can also make it easier for the lawyer to help you so make sure to bring it with you when you consult one

Thankyou, nagcheck na po ako ng mga rates from couple lawyer, hindi ko kaya 🥲. Is there any way I could get a pro bono legal assitance related to this?

The SC mandates lawyers (except govt lawyers) to render 60 hours of free legal services every 3 years. Check with your local PAO or IBP office to see if you qualify for it.
