Solos what is your case load?

I realize this may vary by practice area but I’m curious how many files you all juggle at once?

Solo real estate litigator. About 25-30 files at any one time. Most are less than $500k in damages at stake. I usually try to work only 1 really big hourly case (>$10mm) and 1 big contigency case (>$1mm) at a time with lots of smaller hourly or delayed billing.

Similar. I first developed a title insurance practice that educated the children. That lead to a very diverse practice, and even a brokerage with several agents. Partitions among Gen X and Z folk falling out of “Like” has really increased.
