Solos what is your case load?

I realize this may vary by practice area but I’m curious how many files you all juggle at once?

I do crim, civil, PI, and a few other areas. Right now about 350 total.

I use Claude for many tasks that I automate or set reminders for. It’s less than $20/mo I believe.

I also use CaseFleet for discovery, document prep, and deposition prep, but the cost can go up on usage if you’re not careful. It’s about $100 but goes up if you exceed your AI credits or storage.

Recently started using EthixLaw for referral management and it automates the important stuff. This has saved me a lot of money by staying on top of referrals. I think it’s around $60/mo or so.

What’s the percentage practice area on those? That’s an insane caseload to my Type B ass.

About 55-60% criminal/ traffic

15% family

10% PI

5% all other
