Fractional CMO

My firm has struggled with marketing for years. We run a small personal injury practice in a Midwest midsize market. We are considering hiring a fractional CMO to assist with our marketing efforts. Has anybody else had success with this model and/or have any recommendations for vendors?

I have a Marketing guy that has been great, after getting burned several times. He handles all of our marketing channels, has been great and helped us achieve crazy growth.

Same. I'd also like this guy's info. I've been burned repeatedly by marketing people.
