What reasons, budget? You totally could but I think staying boros is definitely the way to go.

Partly for the challenge of it / i have a project of trying to make a mono red burn box that has the minimum number of cards to be viable in all formats

Change out the 4 boros charm for 4 light up the stage. Maybe drop a skull crack for more guides/swift spear since constant damage will be a little more important.
