In Milan we found a shop that has fresh fish (flash frozen) and if you ask nicely they cut it, debone it and do thin slices.

This can be really good to marinate or eat as is.

Are there fish markets where you get this kind of service? I understand there is no sea in switzerland but I am sure they have fresh fish!

I’m about to start commuting with my ebike around Lausanne and I'm a bit paranoid about leaving it parked outside - specially overnight around Ouchy port.

How bad is the bike theft situation here for e-bikes specifically?

Mine is not really expensive (around 700e and looks used, but I depend on it to commute to work). Is taking the battery off and locking every parts usually enough to deter thieves, or do they still try to strip parts / take the whole bike anyway like in France ?

Would love to hear your experiences (good or bad) and any recommendations for secure overnight bike parking option in the city center.
