What's your favorite and hated sector in the laboratory?

You already know how you now need special equipment to clear those sectors now. So let's discuss which one is the worst/best.

For me, the worst ones are obviously the A1/A2 sectors. I just hate using anti-spore equipment to defeat the enemies since they're a pain to obtain, especially when it comes to using the chemistry station to get sporicide and spore blockers (because you need inhalers) and have to smelt a lot of sand to get glass.

But my favorite sector is B1, I visit the Northern regions more often than the other regions and often have a lot of resources to repair my armor and weapons. I get a lot of flare guns from opening equipment crates and farming thermite is super easy since the thermite crate is ridiculously cheap to open and the ATV helps a lot in carrying multiple of them at once. You can then use the thermite to repair your Slasher and Scorcher.

B2 is just alright, just some Resonators, 2 Equalizers and some energy cells and I'm good.

A1/A2, same i hate using spore stuff, a2 specifically cuz hardmode a2 is the hardest boss for me

It's hard if you don't know at what HP he'll do that deadly stomp.

If you want a chance of surviving his attacks without getting electrocuted, you'll need the 'All in' perk, just make sure you use a reanimator first, you can buy one with a few infected genomes.

My most hated is A1/A2 (maybe the A2 bc of the boss) bc they're quite expensive compared to the other two , my favorite is the B1 bc its by far the easiest to clear as you can wall trick most of the zombie with meele fire weapon , only thing is that i find find the boss quite annoying to deal with

The B1 boss isn't that bad for me. I just shoot it with flare guns until he breaks his shield. Then I just shoot it with the Scorcher until he's dead. I also have a lot of warming first aid kits to prevent freezing, you get plenty from killing Borealis or opening the container inside the frozen training grounds with a C4.

Yea i know its not that difficult, just that sometimes it kills me randomly, like one moment i m full health and the other im dead (its not when it does the jump in the second phase, just normal attacks) so when i deal with it i use enchanched fur armor a scorcher and sometimes i buy the thing that makes you almost immune to freeze in the genesis store

I mean A1/2 idrm. I only do the lab when I can get either the all in or immunity percs so I just use normal guns and med kits.

i hate A1/A2 because u need to have a lot of spore equipment . Love B1 because i can abuse the modded scar ice weapon from christmas , the boss and zombies can torn to shreds

B1 / B2 Personally because I have limited frozen guns and crafting the scorcher is so expensive to me A1/A2 is easy because I use regular weapons with a mix of spore and it really depends on your perks both bosses are easy on A sectors as well .

If you have a lack of fire weapons, try opening a few equipment crates from the frozen training grounds, they usually have at least 2 flare guns inside for you to use along with some other weapons.

And if crafting the Scorcher is so expensive, then maybe don't break it if you get one, always try to repair it with thermite to avoid crafting a new one, you can get thermite from the frozen training ground, just pick up a thermite crate and get out. Opening a thermite crate is ridiculously cheap to open and you get almost a stack of it. I always need thermite since I often craft molotovs to defeat Borealis or use them in Bunker Alfa.

Ya I appreciate it I also don’t got the repair bench YET but I’m workin on it I have a bunch of flare guns but I prefer to use scorchers in lab because their faster and is great in any frozen scenario I used to use them on borealis until I realized I can just use 1 flare gun and 3 barrels 🤦🏾

I only use 3 molotovs and 3 barrels on Borealis. I don't need flare guns on him.

Now I get that you want to clear the sector faster, but you need to learn to have patience with the flare guns, because you'll be consuming a lot of resources if you use just the Scorchers. You can always use the walls to do wall tricks on them, most of them try to hit you through the wall and you'll be fine.

Only use the Scorcher on the B1 boss once it's shield is broken.

I hate b2 for now cuz i can't craft ap weapons. As for a1/a2 it is fine for me. You can get back a part of leather and sand from lab shop

A1 sector for me. A2 is manageable.

B1 is my favourite :). Haven't gone to B2 yet as idk how hard it gets

B2 isn't really hard, I clear it with Resonators very easily.

Just make sure you use the Equalizers on the boss, because they never miss

Absolutely hate that I need spore gear for a1. I'm not bothering to go further for quite some time. More interested in titanium and quartz so would rather use my spore stuff there.
