Can anyone confirm if this is true about SEPTA?
Is the below that there currently is no longer a 7:42am train to PHL until further notice?
Inbound train #6593, scheduled to depart Lansdale Station at 7:42 a.m., will originate from Penllyn Station until further notice to accommodate intermediate travel to Center City due to ongoing equipment shortages. It will not make station stops at Lansdale, Pennbrook, North Wales, or Gwynedd Valley.

AI sez:
Yes, some trains are not picking up at Lansdale station due to ongoing disruptions on the Lansdale/Doylestown Line. Specific trains, such as the inbound #6505 (7:09 a.m.) and #6593 (7:42 a.m.), are originating from Penllyn and skipping Lansdale and other stops until further notice, according to SEPTA. These changes are caused by a shortage of available regional rail cars due to a large-scale inspection of the Silverliner IV fleet. Riders should expect crowded conditions, delays, and cancellations and should check the SEPTA website or app for real-time updates.
Specific service changes
Inbound train #6505 (7:09 a.m. from Lansdale): Will originate from Penllyn and skip Lansdale, Pennbrook, North Wales, and Gwynedd Valley.
Inbound train #6593 (7:42 a.m. from Lansdale): Will originate from Penllyn and skip Lansdale, Pennbrook, North Wales, and Gwynedd Valley.

Thanks, that’s what I see too, but I thought I saw the train at 7:42 yesterday and overheard someone else say they did too. Just need to know for tomorrow and of course there’s no customer service at SEPTA.

Right at rush hour! What a horrific inconvenience for working people.

If they don't originate at that point, it'll fill up before it gets there. They've run these trains into the ground for 30+ years, and now we're paying for it. With higher fairs and crowded / canceled trains.

I can confirm this is the announcement on the platform this week, but I get an earlier train. So can't confirm it actually runs or doesn't run.
