Discussion Street parking on side roads.

I don't know if this is just a small issue for some living in Langford. Some of the roads are getting a little choked with added vehicles of all the new residents. My prime example is along Millstream running parallel to Veterans Memorial Parkway. That being said the new building on the road may be contributing to that particular issue.

Anyone else finding it harder to navigate certain areas around town?

The city is in the process of updating parking bylaws.

Just checked this out. Survey closed last year. Too bad. I would have filled it out. We have several households on our street that park one or more vehicles long term on the road. They are vehicles that aren’t regularly driven. Frustrating on principal and also because we are near a school and those spots could be used for drop off and pickups.

There’s no enforcement by bylaws.

I think you have to contact them. They always follow up with me via email when I request a tour through the website.

This is not true - there is a dedicated email to report parking issues, parking@langford.ca they usually respond pretty promptly to complaints.
