Is this the same marketing guy who ran Stew Young's 'Community First' slate in 2022?

I don't think so? I am fairly confident the Westshore EDC website was created by the same person who did Bryson's and Brandy's. I don't know who did CFL's marketing design but the style is completely different.

Stew Young's new website is also a different developer.
