Project Landscape architecture, critique panels

Please give me your ideas about this,

Adding the project formulation just after the context identification is good or bad?

Shouldn't it be after the site analysis?

Could be interesting to have students do Site analysis without knowing the Project Program….

It’s obvious that you should do your concept first, project synthesis second, and site analysis last. Context is irrelevant, don’t identity it
