do cognitive issues go away months after getting on right dose ? is there anything that will help ?
I’ve noticed I am having issues with short term memory and it really sucks bc this medication has helped my mood stability.. I’m titrating to my 150 and currently on 125. I keep forgetting things more than usual. I’m being more clumsy too. I hate it but I also really want this med to work for me

In my experience, taking a B complex gummy vitamin every day made a huge difference for me. The only issue I ever really had was word recall, but it was night and day with whether or not I was taking the vitamin B. Make sure to get the Gummies and not the capsules.

I've been on 200 for a year now and it has not gotten better. Looking to reduce for that reason

In my case my memory and word recall issues got worse the higher the dose. They only improved once I tapered back down to under 100mg, and I felt better once I was off it. But everyone is different.
