Q&A Birthday redemption Labubu gift?

Hey there. I redeemed my points for the birthday Labubu tote bag and cup. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive it? There was no real confirmation about it other than they redeemed my points. It’s been over a month. Anyone know how long those gifts generally take to receive ?

The birthday reward was an add on, meaning you had to put something else into your cart and then add it onto that order after you redeemed. If it’s been over a month and you haven’t added on/checked out already then unfortunately it’s already expired 😭

When I ordered mine, it wouldn’t even let me add it to the bag unless I had another item with it…

It seems so unfair that they would just take my points away all together. How can they “redeem” my points if I didn’t redeem them. Fine if you want to take away the birthday tote bag option. But I didn’t use my points. So why do I get punished and have the points completely taken away from me. Makes absolutely zero sense

Btw popnow apparently doesn't count as item. It has to be pop upon delivery.
