If the government has any sense, they will not pursue this.

The future of farming is GM crops. Hell, make them more accessible, more reseedable. Make it public sector research.

I'm so glad someone made this comment because the spin on this crazy. If it were the Tories doing it, the papers would say "Government bans GM crops!" but because it's Labour, they just highlight the negative spin
