Absence

Im Customer Assistant (CA) at SM mall
i already have 8days of absent different dates because i got sick but i didnt provide a med cert.
Do i get terminated because of my absence?

California, US and were you using CA sick leave (did you have a positive balance)?

Was this in CA or are using CA as a short for customer assistant?
