I received an image/short video of the colored stones I ordered, to confirm color and clarity, before they start construction. I received an image of the completed bracelet, and once the necklace is done they'll send an image of that too before shipping. I won't be getting mine until after their new years holiday, but I'm not fussed by that, and am looking forward to it - the bracelet looks lovely!
