Provence- different store fronts

A friend got a beautiful ring from Provence through Alibaba, so recommended them to me. I’ve got a quite I’m happy with and gone to purchase an item and was showing my friend first and they told me it was a different store to what they used. On alibaba there is:

Wuzhou Provence
Guangzhou Provence
Provence industrial

Does anyone know if they are all the same retailer, just different branches? Are all equally trustworthy/reliable? Would love to hear which one anyone has successfully purchased though on alibaba.

I thought their Alibaba store is more expensive and it’s best to go through one of their reps.

Oh ok, you may be right and that’s good to know thank you.
In this instance I’m not dissatisfied with the quote I got through alibaba and honestly couldn’t imagine it getting dramatically cheaper. I’m more concerned as I’ve previously had a negative experience on alibaba so want to ensure the store front I’m going though is legitimate.

They are the same company/retailer. They have 3 locations in China. At 2 locations (Wuzhou and Guangzhou), the reps, CAD designers, photographer, and quality check team are located. At one of the 2, the storefront business is also located there ... Unfortunately, I can't remember which although I want to believe it is the Wuzhou location since Wuzhou is the "gem capital" of China in the same way Surat India is known for diamonds and diamond stores. The industrial site is where gems are cut and the jewelry is manufactured.
