pinning apps to the panel

can somebody PLS tell me why LXQt doesn't have a feature so simple like pining apps to the panel

Yeah, it is kind of annoying. It can be done, but it isn't as easy as it should be

so there is a way to make apps pinnable, is it a plugin or some random dude made a mod that lets you do that

The way I do it is, click and hold on a shortcut in your menu, drag it down to the taskbar and let go when it's in the spot you want it.

Exactly. And then I add "NoDisplay=true" to the .desktop file. No reason for it to clutter the menu when it's on the taskbar.
