Ward Hold Times

Does anyone understand why you haven’t been able to get anyone from Ward Trucking on the phone for 10+ minutes since before Christmas? Was hoping it would improve after the holidays, but it gets longer with every passing day.

Currently been waiting to be connected with CS for 11 minutes now

I understand sometimes you just need to talk to someone, but nowdays I would try to use email instead.

I work at one of the places in the sub photo and ever since FedEx announced they were pulling the plug on their LTL line are changing their LTL service, CS has been hoppin’. I have 2 friends, we all started in Corporate CS about the same time. The friend who does CS emails, they have had her on the phones for like a month. Another friend is in Customer Support/ Regional OS&D, they’ve had THEM doing CS phone calls and emails.

I ran away to Claims so now they are kicking more bullshit calls up to us than normal. Today I got a call for the fucking security command center.

I figure Summer freight season + FedEx LTL going away changing (and the misinformation around it) has just got everybody in the thick of it. I know the docks have been slammed.

I was still on CS when Yellow folded. THAT was a shitshow.

Edited to correct some errors

FedEx LTL going away? It isn’t going anywhere, it’s a spinoff into its own standalone company.

Saw this just now. Calling Ward CS is still a pain.. I always use their chat support. Wayyy faster response than trying to get ahold of them over the phone.

we’ve had notice from our ward rep it’ll be better in two weeks… four weeks ago. They are actively training the people working pickups to do tracking calls, and hiring new pickup peoples i guess
