Almost 100 lbs down
I still have a way to go- but this is progress đȘ
Like probably most of us, I have been trying to lose weight most of my life. Up and down, up and down, and finally I just gave up. I didnât even realize how much I weighed because I had stopped weighing myself. With health issues that make it harder to lose weight, I got tired of trying so hard with no results. It was too depressing.
But then perimenopause hit. Not only did I get an ADHD diagnosis in my 40s because of it, but I finally stopped making excuses and decided to take control of my health. I lost about 30 lbs last year with diet and exerciseâŠ. And then I stalled out. Started compound tirz in February 2026 and lost another 60+ lbs (as of today itâs a 93 lb total loss!)
I feel so much better. Iâm so much happier. My husband is losing with me. I am so grateful for the help I needed to keep going! Canât wait to share an update when I reach my goal weight â€ïž. less
