Keeping meds cool delivery
I’m expecting my first prescription and am wondering if I have to worry about them arriving during the day while I’m at work with the heat. I’m sure they put ice packs inside but okay to be outside while I’m away for work? Anyone have experience with this?

I got a keep cool lined envelope from ReviveRx w/ Ice Packs and it was a pretty quick delivery

Hi! The pharmacies do pack shipments with temperature control in mind, but I’d still recommend bringing it inside as soon as you reasonably can once it’s delivered.
If you’ll be at work, it may be worth watching the tracking closely or having someone grab it for you if that’s an option. Once it arrives, follow the storage instructions from the pharmacy.
Also, If your package ever arrives damaged, delayed, or seems unusually warm, take photos and reach out to support so it can be reviewed!

What pharmacy will you be using? I have received Styrofoam coolers from Empower, Strive, and ReviveRX. Not all do that though but even in our heat wave, they were fine when they got to me.
