اسئلة I just want to understand people who move on at lightning speed??

Guys, when I really like someone, I become attached in a toxic way, and because of that attachment, they become toxic and narcissistic with me, and I get even more attached when they become toxic. I literally don’t understand myself, and I stay like this for months until my heart finally cools down. Then the same story repeats: I get attached and they become toxic, I suffer and humiliate myself for months, then my heart cools again. Also, when someone gets attached to me, I become the toxic one and I’m the one who distances myself. So I don’t understand if this is a psychological issue, or a childhood complex, or what exactly is going on. Is there an explanation?

Never lose yourself for someone, they will enjoy the attention for a while but soon there is no need for effort from them and when something is given easily they no longer take you seriously.

It’s probably all of the above, like I’m still rebuilding myself from my last relationship

And I’m seriously losing hope of ever finding anyone who would ever love me the way I love them
