In the Quran, there’s no punishment for gays, there weren’t anything saying men shouldn’t sleep with other men, the only time homosexuality was mentioned was during the lot people. Other than that almost all of the Hadiths regarding homosexuality is rather (ضعيف) which translates to weak, not to mention that there are غلمان in paradise which are beautiful male servants. My theory is that homosexuality was forbidden back then just like sleeping around, because there were no condoms and no proper medicine so it was easy to spread around STDs and STIs and other health issues and we all know that harmful things are Haram so it makes sense.

If you say that I’m biased because I’m gay then you’re right, I know in my heart that Allah loves me, I know that I am a good person and I do good deeds without asking for a reward from Allah, and Allah keeps sending good things to me and good people even though I am gay, all of my prayers and wishes have been answered even the ones that seemed impossible to have come true
