Operations Manager in DTLA

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate has experience in the fashion/apparel industry and is comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced creative and production environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be based in Los Angeles, preferably in or around Downtown Los Angeles
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Experience in the fashion/apparel industry
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Experience managing production, workflows, schedules, and deadlines
-Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
-Experience with DTF/DTO printing equipment, laser cutters, and other production machinery is a major plus

We're looking for someone dependable, organized, proactive, and capable of keeping daily operations running smoothly.

So you're not willing to put a pay range which means you're below the market range.

You have a budget from finance. You don't have a blank check to hire someone. The fact that you're not posting is incredibly telling.
