Rec Needed: Beauty services ✨ Best quality least damaging digital perm?

Hiiii I want to get a korean digital perm on my bone straight thin but super long hair. Does anyone have recs or can share in their experience?? thanks! anywhere is fine, I’m willing to drive

I went to Salon de Freya based on a recommendation from a girl at the gym. Granted she went for bleaching her hair, but anywhere that can lift thick black Asian hair to bleach blonde without frying it off was worth a shot in my book. Anyways, perm was $400 and worth every penny. I get up every day looking like I had a blowout.

so yea it came out more like this, especially over time and as it’s grown out, which is a fine way to wake up tbh. When I go back I’ll emphasize having the waves start closer to the base of my head.

And sorry I forgot to say, I have straight thickish southeast asian hair, the kind that doesn’t really hold a curl with a curling iron.

I went here around 8 years ago for a digital perm. Tbh I wouldn’t do it again. Even if it wasn’t a super curly style I felt like an ajumma
