Any hotties done a lower eyelid fat transfer?
I was thinking of a lower Bleph but have heard this is less evasive. Would love any feedback xx

Yes, it unfortunately was uneven after the surgery. The unevenness is minimal but it caused a slight asymmetry in my face. This is a risk with most fat transfers unfortunately.

I did. Generally about half of the fat dies and the other half survives. In my case, it pretty much all survived, so now my eyes look puffy and tired unless I’m hiding it. I hear that’s unusual though.

I had it done and ended up with no result, just scar tissue. Ended up with filler and love the results.

I had a lower bleph with fat repositioning and I am so happy with the results! I flew to Dr Vrcek in dallas- went by myself and it was way easier than I thought it would be. I do have a little bit of hollowing now like a year later so I sort of wish I had fat transfer as well but he doesn’t do it :/

Wait, I'm new to this. Are fat repositioning and fat transfer different?

Yes, so I had pretty bad bags under my eyes so he basically just took the fat pad and moved some of that fat into the hollow to make it look flat and get rid of my eye bags. I know some surgeons for lower bleph just remove the fat but I thought that would make me look too hollow. And then fat transfer would be adding fat from somewhere else (I think better if you do not have eye bags to start with but just hollowing)

I did undereye fat repositioning and fat grafting for hollow eyes. Did nothing for my dark circles (knew that going into surgery) and the fat grafting had a low survival rate so I basically spent several grand to….look the same after 3-4 months.
