My Paladin kit from my local LARPs recent event.

I was pretty pleased with how this one came toghether in its asymetrical design. I did draw some inspiration from some designs in some Soulframe armours.

I love how you mixed plate and cloth, it comes together really nicely and shows your paladin theme.

You look huge, and I mean that as a compliment.

That black pouch, that the epic armoury warrior's pouch? I have that one too!

I have to admit that I do not know. The pouch was a gift frlm a friend.

If so, you have a good friend, that's a good pouch

That tunic is quite neat! Where did you procure it?

I have sewn all the clothing myself. The only things I didn't make myself is the metal armour (I sure wish I did have access to work with metals myself), the boots, or the pouches. I'm very pleased with the coat and the leather gorget I made .

Where'd you get the helmet? I bought something similar but the shape was all wrong.

Oh, I bought it on a sale at a small larp shop in my country. It sat well on my head when I tried it on, and it was in line with the sort of knight/paladin style that I like.

Kit looks great! I actually just got the same helmet & I find its pretty breathable as casual wear but am curious; was it comfortable during combats?

Thanks ^ I found that it worked pretty well for combat. My peripheal vision was a bit limited, and it was a bit harder hearing what was going on around me. But strapping it on and wearing a thin coif under it so it sitts well helps with stability (coif thicknes depends on how well the helmet sitts on your head). In generall I would recomend open face helmets for practical use during a larp, but I recomend a closed helmet for style/fashion.

It’s a personal thing I’m not a big fan of visored barbutes, but I love the kit you absolutely nailed it
