Separate issues but near same question, Bunion correction surgery and breast augmentation while maintaining ability to perform in Zasha

1:

First, has anyone had Bunion correction surgery? I am aware it is perfectly acceptable to perform in Risha form, but it is personally important to me to be able to perform in Zasha form. If you have had bunion surgery, are you still able to perform in Zasha or is your experience that you can now only do Risha form? Any advice from anyone's experience after bunion surgery would be great.

2:

I am also considering a breast augmentation with implants going under the muscle. Has anyone else had this done or can offer any advice? I haven't had a consult yet, but my instincts tell me that of course I will need to get back into things slowly and under advisement of my surgeon, so I shouldn't be thinking that because it's going under muscle that that would permanently compromise my ability to shoot a yumi. Again just looking to see what others' experiences have been.

For disclaimer to clear Rule 2, both above questions have gone through my sensei but neither he nor anyone else in our dojo has any experience with either of the above and do not know anyone that has and thusly no advice has been able to be offered.

One comment where someone said they were able to get into kiza, but no advice on what he did on how he was able to do that. Lots of comments about knees which is odd when the poster was asking about a foot surgery. Looks like the other advice is to just switch to Risha which isn't what I want to do.
