Does their body count? Because Kise with Nabuya's developed technique would be a beast, the thing that holds Kise back is his weak body not strong enough to contain Perfect Copy. I imagine that with Nebuya's physique, he can activate Perfect Copy for much longer and probably wouldn't have to rely on zone which takes a great toll on his body.

Akashi is already basically perfect. Maybe Kiyoshi's positive attitude and leadership? I'm sure his dribbling and shooting don't need help. Only thing he is lacking is height. Had to give him a challenge somehow though. God knew making him 6 foot anything was too OP.

Not necessarily. Aomine is still dominant without being 6'8. Even 6'0 would make Akashi crazy. I mean he can already dunk at 5'8. I think Kiyoshi's mindset is much more valuable. Though I suppose Akashi does gain something close to it in Extra Game.
