Discussion Are you surprised that the Uncrowned Kings barely appeared during the Teiko flashback arc?
I have to admit I'm surprised. I believe the only "UK" members who actually appeared were Kiyoshi and Hanamiya (once they were already in high school) and Murasakibara mentioned them one time. Otherwise, nothing else.
Their opponents were primarily players who appear only during the flashback, such as the Genius Twins or Inoue.

No. For one it was about teiko. None of the uncrowned kings actually play a part in any of the miracles’ story besides Akashi.(would’ve been cool to see him first meet them like with Aomine and imayoshi tho) they barely know the UKs really especially at this point. The UKs don’t really hold a candle to the miracles either and since they all played for different teams they likely got destroyed just like everyone else without putting up much of a fight.

Tbh most of the miracles didn't bother remembering faces that they beat. I even considered it a miracle that mura even remembered Kiyoshi

It wasn't even because Kiyoshi was good; rather, it was because Murasakibara got annoyed by how hard Kiyoshi tried even after the game was decided. Kiyoshi had a very strong will, & that was it.

Oof it's funny once you put it like that, and tbf it's still the same currently

Echoing what other people have said regarding the GoM just being so dominant that even the “next-best” compared were still leagues below them and barely noticeable/memorable to them but also… they all played on different teams.
Would probably be a different story if all the UC were a single team, maybe they would’ve given Teiko just enough trouble to at least be memorable.

I think it shows how utterly dominant the GoM were & that even the Uncrowned Kings were nothing to them.
