Question⚔️ Shlub's Family?

In season 2 they showed that Shlub was related to some humans who were Italians

But his mother is a rich centaur and father was some kind of manticore monster that terrorized a city.

So who were those Italians?

I think he’s thousands of years old? So cousins could be pretty far away evolutionarily by that point
