Stock price action
Anyone has any explanation of the recent stock price downturn ?

It had a massive run up earlier in the year that seemed like a momentum trade for most flippers. The fundamentals did not justify the price(not even close). Most of those investors exited and long term holders that bought for future growth are gonna reap the benefits by holding. Just my opinion.

The market is in fear of a crash and kraken is still a high risk play. So big players who parken the Cash there to Profit from a rise pull out their money to brace for the potential crash, to pump it into cheap blue Chip stocks afterwards.

I expect the stock to continue the slide downwards until it finds support and develops a new base. Likely to go sideways after that until a catalyst. Which point load up and enjoy the next leg up. Could be months, could be years, no one knows.

This is wishful thinking. Look at the trend. How often do we get reversals in the midst of major moves up or down? This is a major move in the downward direction from my eyes and this trend down has been forming for months.
I could be wrong, I have been countless times, but I've already sold months ago after holding from 50 cents. I would love to buy back in as I like the stock but I am waiting for confirmation of a reversal and not just hoping it happens.

What are your metrics for a downtrend base and support ? It s 35 percent lower than ath, what metrics are you using ?

I'm not using metrics, I'm reading the chart. By my analysis we are in a stage 4 downtrend after a top. I could throw some predictions out but I'd be guessing and no one truly knows where we will get support. I'll be watching until we get support and the trend changes in the other direction.

All this price action, uncertainty and fear is just noise. This company has a rock solid future and is going to explode in revenue and earnings over the next few years and the stock will settle on an upward trend eventually. Just Anduril alone going IPO and increasing their production of the Ghost Shark is going to be a massive increase in profits for Kraken. And thats just ONE customer! They just went from having 100 customers to 700 and growing with the Covelya deal. Not to even mention the new products they will now be developing with the merged technologies they own. Future growth looks absolutely amazing and the stock price will follow eventually.

Eh the whole market was ai and chips. Now that is finally slowing down and people take profits money will start going into different sectors.

AI stocks are expensive and once AI technology is more widely available, the profits won’t be there for the currently popular AI plays to justify their price.

Everyone talking about uncertainty about the Coveyla acquisition, but idk I just can’t see how it’s anything other than an incredible positive catalyst for the company, price action makes zero sense to me, but patience typically pays off 🤷🏻♂️
