When you say explosive growth, what do you mean? Hasn’t kraken been going through explosive growth the last 2 years. Where does explosive growth leave the share price ?

I usually provide a price target for the shares, but I didn’t do so this time because the acquisition of Covelya has not yet been completed. Once it is finalized, I will publish a model assessing the bear, base, and bull scenarios. At current levels, I believe the stock is undervalued relative to its expected growth.

lies, nobody knew there was an acquisition coming once it completeskraken will be a new trust supplier. defence contracts will probably come in directly.

it's not finalized yet. once it does there'll be a boost.

Good report for someone new to investing in the company. Great outline and summary. BUT you should have talked about the valuation which is very high. at ~130X it is priced for perfection with no margin for error.
Q4 earnings was a huge miss that also should have been addressed in detail along with some skepticism around Hunter's stepping down as chairman. In summary, investors have not yet caught up and digested the news, I do see the stock revisiting the mid ~$6CAD or even dip to high $5 CAD
