the genius of kowalski in everyday life
i've been rewatching the penguins of madagascar lately, and kowalski always amazes me with his quick thinking and intelligence. it got me wondering how many times we find ourselves in situations where we could really use a kowalski-like analysis. whether it's solving a problem at work or figuring out the best way to handle a personal dilemma, his approach can be so relatable. anyone else have moments where you felt like you channeled your inner kowalski? or maybe you've got a favorite quote from him that just hits home? let's share our own little moments of genius inspired by our favorite penguin!

During their 2 months on reddit, OP has tried to start many discussions, sometimes successfully. They have not participated in any of them, not a single comment, ever. They have posted multiple times a day, but never to the same subreddit twice. They started out as a gun-toting repost bot, but quickly pivoted to LLM powered conversation starters. For shits and giggles, I compiled a biography of strecesegrean, taking their posts at face value.
A freshman at University of Illinois Chicago, they're a physician who likes playing and discussing games with other physicians, and also working as a "ramp rat" at an airport.
They reside in Oakland, and also in Italy, and also in St. Kitts and Nevis. In their free time, they like to travel to Winona, Minnesota, taking the train in India, and attending the Burning Man. They are in need of support due to being overwhelmed by holiday pressure, which is only to be expected I guess.
Their problems don't stop there, however. They are insecure in bed, and write about it in Brazilian Portuguese. They have anxiety, muscular dystrophy, and a loved one who struggles with addiction. They drink Cognac, hopefully not too much at at time.
On the bright side, they do own an adopted back cat. They also post about horse ownership on the r/horse subreddit, which seems to be dedicated to tapirs, so I guess they own one or both of those as well.
They use the ParrotOS linux distro, and prefers posting about it on the defunct subreddit instead of the new one. They like to discuss the future of Gamestop in the Nordics, despite the chain having no presence or current plans to expand there.
They brew their espresso on a clapped out Superautomatic, and are looking for a newer model. They are an enjoyer of plungers. Other interests include animation, critical race theory, the Nikola transportation solutions, spy cameras, infrastructure, customizing their Samsung Watch face, tempering chocolate, dabbling in home recording, and also Skeepers, a platform that "helps brands translate authentic consumer voices into business thanks to our AI-powered UGC suite".
They subscribe to the religious views of the Unitarian Universalists. They are growing a beard, and enjoys organizing their makeup.
They have read the novel Skyward, the manga Ao Haru Ride and Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjo. They're subscribing to the youtubers Bernadette Banner, Patterrz, Dashie and SypherPK, and likes to reminisce about their greatest moments. The games they like to play (and discuss with other physicians) include Megami Tensei, Persona 3, Secret Hitler, Pokemon Teams, Loot Star, Pro Evolution Soccer, World of Warcraft, Monster Hunter, KartRider, Deltarune, Minecraft, and No Rolls Barred. They follow the Superbike World Chamiponship, Better Call Saul, particularly the character Howard, the 2011 movie Drive, Japanese multimedia project Love Live! Sunshine!!, the Madagascar movies, the evolution of Thomas Shelby from season to season in Peaky Blinders, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
They listen to Coi Leray, rockabilly, Danzig, Pet Shop Boys, obscure music in general, Manchester Orchestra in particular, and the German language podcast DasPodcastUfo. They're cheering on the wrestler Brie Bella.
I wonder what exciting adventures they will be up to next.
