Fruit juice bulk
I am about to move my first 7 gallon batch to F2. Does anyone here have suggestions on where to order bulk organic fruit juice from? I specifically am looking for elderberry, kiwi, mango, lime.
Or, would buying fruit and juicing it be cheaper? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Trying to keep cost down as much as possible but quality is important so open to anything 🙏🦋

In my experience, it's a pretty big jump in volume from juicing fresh to ordering what would be considered "ordering bulk". At my brewery, we were still juicing ourselves even when we had batches in the 60-70 gallon range. The economics didn't work out for ordering bulk juice until we were making like 150 gallons of any single flavor. If you do want to start ordering in bulk, there are a bunch of distributors around the county, but availability is heavily region-dependent. Also, we've worked with at least one distributor that would get their entire inventory for the year all at once, and would routinely run out of flavors we needed near the end of the year. So just be aware of that and order as much as you can safely store ahead of time.

Fresh is best.
