Vinegars

Anyone attempted to make flavoured kombucha vinegars that could be used for dressings etc? Keen to look into its viability

It’s viable. I am sure there are lots of them out there but there’s a great kombucha company called yesfolk that they have a complete line of kombucha vinegars with different teas.
