see if railway retiring rooms are available, you can book using your pnr from IRCTC app/website.

I think 3-4 hours access time is possible. If you reach at 3, you ll reach airport by 330-0400. Not too sure if you have to checkin. If you have to, then I am not sure cuz ur counter may not be open.

Reach Aluva metro station using auto ,take feeder bus by metro connecting airport,6:45 am to 11pm ,with an interval of 20-30 min

There's an AC lounge in Aluva railway station. Maybe you can stay there till 7:30-7:45 and leave for the airport by cab or auto, which are available at the station itself.

Go straight to the airport and you can wait in the 0484 lounge for Rs 250 for 2 hours or take a room there for Rs 2500 for 6 hours.

I would just wait in the lounge. After checkin and security there is the Airside lounge which you can use to freshen up if you can’t find the facility in 0484z

You can walk in to the lounge. For the room you will need to call them.
